Katie Hudson, For Good Nutrition coach
About me

Hi, I'm Katie.

I optimized everything but my own plate.

I spent 15 years in tech building systems that scale. I also spent years stuck in the cycle diet culture sells: strict on Monday, blown by Friday, starting over again.

What finally worked wasn't another plan. It was understanding the why behind what I eat and building a system I could run in real life. Those are the habits that helped me lose 19kg and keep it off. But the bigger change was the calm, steady relationship with food I have now.

I'm certified through Precision Nutrition (PN1), the evidence-based nutrition coaching standard, and I coach the way I'd want to be coached. Evidence over influencer noise. Education over prescription. Sustainable over fast. No shame, ever, around food or your body.

I work with high-performing women in tech because I am one. I know the mental load you carry, the back-to-back calendar that owns you and the social life you're not willing to trade away. Good food, travel, wine, the dinner out. You get one life. Let's build nutrition that fits it. ๐Ÿ’š

My approach

Where I can actually help.

Help you understand how food works

Learn the fundamentals, macros, energy, balance, so you can make your own calls without an app deciding for you. This is the part that lasts.

"I was so misinformed about what a healthy diet includes, especially carbs. Now I'm in control of my own body."
Lidia, Sr Product Manager

Fuel your energy for real life

Eat for the life you actually lead: the back-to-back meetings, the gym, the work travel, the dinners out. Food becomes what powers your days, not what you fight.

"I understand my energy, meals and routines better, and food takes up much less mental space than it used to."
Malavika, UX Designer

Build a calm relationship with food

Quiet the all-or-nothing noise and the food anxiety. Learn to read your body again, so eating feels steady on a normal Tuesday or a week away.

"Just by giving my meals more structure, my anxious eating has almost disappeared. It doesn't feel forced, it just feels natural."

Who this is for

This is for you if

You're running on caffeine and whatever's fastest between meetings. You're sharp at work and completely winging it with food. And every habit you try to build unravels the first launch week.

How it works ยท 1:1 coaching

Customized specifically for your reality and routines.

Personalized coaching with one goal from day one: you, self-sufficient. Here's the shape of it.

01

Baseline

A deep intake call and your data, so we start from your real picture, not a guess. From there, your first personalized plan, grounded in your actual numbers.

02

Build the system

We turn the plan into habits that hold. Biweekly calls, weekly voice notes and WhatsApp support, adjusting as we go. This is where the reps happen.

03

Stress-test

We run your habits against real life: work travel, celebrations, launch weeks, the ones that fall apart. We fine-tune so the plan bends without breaking.

04

The handoff

The goal from day one. You take the wheel, making confident food decisions on your own. You graduate self-sufficient.

What's included
  • A deep-dive intake call
  • Data-driven analysis and a personalized plan
  • Biweekly check-in calls
  • Weekly voice notes and WhatsApp support
  • Ongoing adjustments to your goals and your real life

Client stories

In their words.

I was so misinformed about what a healthy diet includes, especially carbs. No wonder I felt weak. Now I'm in control of my own body, and passing the right information on to my kids. You changed my life.
LidiaSr Product ManagerBarcelona, Spain
Katie guided me in small steps that built real confidence and a healthier relationship with food. I'm so much more aware of what my body and energy need in different situations, from a day in front of the computer to a day full of social meals. She adapts to my life and preferences, not the other way around.
DanaSr Product ManagerBarcelona, Spain
Katie helped me make realistic changes that fit around my work, travel and everyday life. The biggest shift has been feeling more confident in how I support my body, and food takes up much less mental space than it used to. At no point do you ever feel judged.
MalavikaUX DesignerNew York, USA
What I'd highlight most about Katie is her enormous empathy. She doesn't want you to follow a perfect diet, but to learn to take care of yourself, to respect yourself, and above all, to love yourself. She shows, by her own example, that change is possible.
CristinaHR GeneralistMadrid, Spain
It never feels like you're being judged or told what to do. It feels like having someone who truly believes in you and gently encourages you towards the version of yourself you've been wanting to become. This isn't just about nutrition anymore, it's about changing my relationship with food in a sustainable way.

FAQ

Questions I hear most.

Don't see yours here? Bring it to a call. That's what it's for.

Is this a diet?
No. A diet hands you rules and a deadline, then leaves you to white-knuckle it. Here, you learn how food works for your body and your life, so you can make good calls on your own, whether that's a work dinner, a vacation or a brutal week. No banned foods and no all-or-nothing rules. The goal is that you need me less over time, not more.
Can you help me lose weight?
Yes, if that's your goal, I can help you get there. What matters is how. We work on it through energy balance and habits you can actually keep, not restriction, food rules or shrinking yourself to feel worthy. Your body isn't a problem to fix. Weight can be one outcome of eating and moving in a way that fits your life, and it's never the measure of your worth. If you're after fast weight loss at any cost, I'm honestly not the right coach for that, and I'll tell you so.
I have a demanding job and I travel. Will this work with my schedule?
This is built for exactly that. Every one of my clients has a full plate, and some are on planes constantly. The whole approach is designed to survive real life, launch weeks, work dinners, time zones and all. We start small and fit the habits around your calendar, not the other way around.
How much does it cost and what's included?
Coaching is personalized, so pricing is too. What you invest depends on the kind of support you're after, from group coaching to fully bespoke one-to-one, and how we build it around your goals. Rather than throw a number at you cold, I'd rather understand what you actually need first and make sure we're a fit before we talk about money. Book a free intro call and I'll walk you through the options, no pressure and no hard sell.
You're newer to coaching, should I work with you?
Fair question. I'm newer to credentialed coaching, but not to the problem I coach. 15 years inside tech taught me the exact pressure you're under, and I've spent years being my own most demanding client, rebuilding my relationship with food from the inside out. Newer also means you're not a number to me. I take on a small roster, so I am fully present and genuinely invested. The women I work with will tell you what that's like, read their words in the testimonials section above and see if it sounds like the support you want.
What does working together look like, week to week?
You get a personal weekly check-in where I review how things are going and send back tailored feedback, plus regular calls to go deeper and adjust. Between those, you're working on one or two small focuses at a time, not a giant overhaul. You always know your next step, and I'm in your corner the whole way.
Are you a dietitian, and can you help if I have a medical condition or a history of disordered eating?
No. A registered dietitian is a medical professional who can diagnose conditions, interpret bloodwork and prescribe therapeutic diets. That is not within my scope. I'm a certified nutrition coach, which means I help you build sustainable habits and understand the fundamentals, within a clear scope, and I'll always be honest about where that scope ends. If you have a diagnosed eating disorder or you're in active treatment, coaching with me isn't the right fit on its own, and I'll gladly point you toward someone qualified to support you properly. For some medical conditions I can work alongside your care team once your doctor has given the green light. If you're not sure where you fall, reach out and we'll figure it out together, no pressure.
